Kite Press Release - June 1992

ALL THEY NEEDED NOW WAS A NAME

FROM SOUTH-EAST LONDON to deepest Asia and the Americas, ex-Bolshoi frontman Trevor Tanner has spent the last two years touring the world on his ancient motorcycle (not a Harley). Bored witht he treadmill of the "London Music Scene" the the late 1980's. Trevor set off to discover more exciting musical avenues and, if possible, have some fun.

Singer/guitarist with "the biggest unknown, band of all time" (Record Mirror '88) and having released three albums, played some 500 shows in West and East Europe, North America, South America and even the Shetland Islands, Trevor had, in his own words "got over it".

Although they had been friends for nearly ten years Jerry, Ian and Trevor had never played together, each having success in their own right. So, one sunny Greenwich afternoon they "got together"

Trevor Tanner - Vocals & Guitar

Ian Whitehead - Drums

Jerry Jones - Bass
